Stanard Design Partner is one of the approved design vendors for the Cincinnati Art Museum. When the museum developed a new identity, they looked to Stanard Design Partners to help realize their new marketing vision. Such a prestigious institution calls for the highest-caliber design, and Stanard Design Partners has the creativity and professionalism to meet these standards. We have worked with the museum for over two years, and have developed a variety of marketing materials for them, including the members brochure, founders brochure, special events brochure, Chihuligans Kids Club brand development, Saul Steinberg invitation, among many others.
Current yet timeless, elegant yet bold, sophisticated yet accessible the Otto M. Budig Academy of Cincinnati Ballet (the only academy directly associated with the Cincinnati Ballet) looked to Stanard Design Partners to strike the right balance for their marketing materials. With an art as refined as ballet, our client needed a design to match - and together we found the perfect solution.
The Communicating Arts Credit Union needed a new look that was uniquely them. Using their logo as a starting point (an icon of shaking hands) we developed a visual language of friendly icons, rounded corners, and fresh colors. We also identified signature photography (friendly faces and blue skies) that spoke to the community-oriented nature of their organization. We then implemented this new marketing direction across their print materials (brochures and newsletters) and web site.
When the Contemporary Arts Center (CAC) needed a new special events brochure, they called on Stanard Design Partners. With a strong brand and visual system already established, they were looking for a design that was compatible with their existing materials, yet brought new energy. Stanard Design Partners developed a design that bridged their existing look and feel with something new and exciting, through the careful use of composition and photography, and the introduction of unique textural elements.
When Distinctly Local approached Stanard Design Partners to design an illustrated map of Cincinnati, they were looking for the whole package. Not only did we develop the actual illustration (encompassing Mt Adams to Union Terminal, Over-The-Rhine to Covington and Newport), but we also developed the Distinctly Local brand, business cards, map design, and web site. We worked closely with Distinctly Local to develop the structure of the map to conform to their business model. By approaching the project from all angles, we were able to develop a design that offered a cohesive and compelling experience.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLBank) wanted to update their corporate image in order to expand their recognition among their customers. Stanard Design Partners built upon their identity in a fresh way that was appropriate for them modern yet classic. We have since had the opportunity to work with the FHLBank on many projects across a variety of mediums, including print, web and signage, including the Advisory Council Annual Report.
Capturing Findlay Market's unique character, with it's history, flavor and fun, was an important goal in developing the market's materials. By incorporating custom illustrations, colorful photography, and a diverse mixture of color, texture and type, we developed a distinctive visual presence that's uniquely suited to Findlay Market. In addition to developing a variety of their marketing materials, we've also had the opportunity to develop their annual report.
Great American Financial Resources introduced a new sales structure for Annuity Investors Life Insurance Company, their education-oriented market. They brought in Stanard Design Partners to develop a suite of materials to appeal to this particular business segment while communicating their distinguishing sales points. The use of nostalgic school house imagery combined with a clean, modern design homed in on Great American's target market while communicating the progressive nature of the restructuring they were undertaking.
Kao Brands was looking to reposition itself as the makers of premium beauty products. Stanard Design Partners worked with Kao Brands to develop the sleek, new look that brought clarity and unity to their corporate collateral. Having worked with Kao Brands Company (formerly the Andrew Jergens Company) for some years, Stanard Design Partners has had the opportunity to develop a wide range of materials for them, including their style guide, print collateral, sub-brands, and lobby displays.
Encompassing several hospitals, all with their own brands and missions, Premier Health Partners was looking to create a brochure that would bring all of the various organizations under one umbrella. Stanard Design Partners not only developed a compelling design that was compatible with their new parent brand, but also developed a custom illustration that depicted the various institutions as one larger community of hospitals.
Fun and excitement was what Warren County was after when they approached Stanard Design Partners to develop the view book and presentation system for their sports department. Dedicated to bringing sporting events to Warren County, this department's materials had to reflect the energy embodied in sports as well as the family-friendly environment promoted by Warren County. Stanard Design Partners developed a design that scored on both points.
The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati's Champs restaurant, on Elm Street, needed a face lift. Using a selection of fresh, crisp imagery of food and beverages, Stanard Design Partners reinvented the restaurant's presence while staying true to its core offerings. It was important to develop the signage to compliment the entrance's angled brick façade. What resulted was a series of panels that wrap the entranceway, creating a welcoming display that greets visitors as if with open arms. In addition to the Champs signage, Stanard Design Partners has developed Hyatt's wayfinding signage as well as promotional displays for the hotel's Findlay's restaurant.
The Duke Energy Convention Center was looking to implement a coordinated direct mail campaign, targeting the local event planners market. Stanard Design Partners developed a series of mailings, each focusing on a unique Duke Energy Convention Center offering - service, food, and facility. The materials were developed to coordinate with other regional marketing efforts, under the Cincinnati USA regional brand, allowing the DECC to build off of existing successes. In addition to handling the creative aspects of the process, Stanard Design Partners also coordinated the fulfillment side of the project, providing the Duke Energy Convention Center with a full-service experience.
